Account management issue
I recently decided I wanted to change some thing for my account, namely my password and my email, but you can't do so unless you have a) the email you use for your account (for whatever reason it doesn't display it) and b) the security question.
Why?! This is the only website that asks for that information. When I created this account I rushed it and created some random email and probably put down random info for the secruity question and only bothered to write down the password for the account. The fact that I know the password for my account should be the only verification you need.
This is super frusterating and because of this I can't change my own password which is a huge security issue. I was thinking about purchasing ZP but I will refuse to do so until this issue is fixed. I might even quit the game because of this.

The only ones I can do is IP and account creation date. I don't know the exact day or even month that I joined, I think it was last year. Plus I moved recently so I don't know if the IP thing would even be viable. -
No way, if they were to change it by "knowing your password," it'll be way too easy to steal accounts. What you are asking for is pretty stupid. You just should of written down all your information on a note pad or something. All you can do is just send a support ticket. Sorry.

*sigh* well I submitted a support ticket, I gave them as much informaton as possible. Yes that does make sense actually. Well I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping that the info I provided is enough to convince them. Afterall, my password is very complex, stealing my account (hacking) would take years, so the chance of me being a hacker is not even a possiblity.
If I can talk to a GM in private or somewhere regarding this then that would be greatly appreciated, if they where to ask me any questions to help me prove my account ownership. Also I have a second account that I would like to do the same with.
