Boosting in general is not considered abuseable. However if you boost to a spot that is obviously unintended to be played on then you may be subject to review. Boosting to a spot to plant the bomb where the other team can not reach it is also reviewable. Please use discretion when boosting.

Questions....

Can we boost up into B window at BW; there is a ledge that runs along the top of the inside of B window (crown molding if you will) that was allowed to be boosted to in vsgl i think.

Also, what spots would be examples of "obviously unintended to be played"

i think spots like at GR spawn on that ledge that is right next to double doors mid where u can boost someone there i would think is reviewable

Oh that. I doubt anyone irl, inb4 'THIS GAME ISN'T REALISTIC', i doubt most people, if any, in real life could sit comfortably on that ledge, so I doubt they would allow it.

They probably just made the ledge for looks on top.

But that's just my opinion.

Saidin is leaving it up to the player base as to what is good or not.

Boosting that ledge on BW is fine. Trio will be using it.

Take a spot like uh...Mexico SD. That tower in mid on GR side. You can get up in there and shoot and everything, but you can only be headshot. Thats not a fair spot.

Boosting to that ledge is fine.

When you boost to an area of the map think about why you are doing it.

If you are boosting to get to a spot that the other team can't kill your guy, then it's wrong.

If you are boosting to get to a spot to plant the bomb such that the other team can't diffuse the bomb, then it's wrong.

If you are boosting on to a ledge, or a crate or some higher ground to gain a better position to snipe? Then that's fine.

Jumping on top of another player is a game mechanic we have to deal with. Outlawing it takes potential fun factor and strategy away from the maps/players. However there are spots that are obviously not meant to be boosted to. Those spots are disputable.

Use your best judgment when using this particular game mechanic. And we will be reviewing each case to make the final judgment (if complaints are filed).
