Need help pls

I buyed a name Change item on the Mall for crossfire
I trzed to change it but it all the times saz first

"Tip in the correct name" in the second where u have to confirm ur name
so i did put the right there and hit the use button but now its says
"u dont have that item "....

My oldname is
OldDirtz
and i trzed to change it to
ØldÐirtz™
or
ØldÐirtz

but it doesnt work ...

"U DONT HAVE THAT item "
But i looked under Z8 MY ITEMS and there is one so i earned one cuz pazed the zp..
Can some one help me PLS ?
