Please help! (Xtrap Error)

Over the past couple of weeks the some thing has been happening to me i which i am playing a game any game and then all of a sudden this thing popes that says X-Trap and then my computer crashes ad restarts

some one please tell what is going on because i am confused

i can't because i pops up so quickly i don't have time to read it so i don't know weather to re install or not because it does it in like a second

We won't be able to help you unless you get a screenshot of the error. Whenever you do, then just paste it onto Paint, save it, then upload it to a site like www.tinypic.com.
Upload with the resize option as 15 in, or 800 X 600.
