Resolution help x.x

Hey i was just wondering if its possible to make my CF full screen x.x i've been playing this game with 2 black bars on the side and my resolution is 1366 x 768 and my graphic card is ATI HD4500 512mb dedicated and 2287MB total i believe. Is there a way i can work around it cause really.... playing with 2 bars is such a pain x.x
