lost item in mall

three days ago i went to the mall and i purchased the 40K GP + SPOP Orange Shades and the baseball helmet then i went back to the game and all of the think i recieved is the spop glasses and the helmet. After that i remembered that have to go to the mall and check my item before i use it and accidently or some kind of bug i didnt see anything in "my item" bar which is i think i lost the spop character... if there is something about it can u guys help me to get it back or some kind like that because it is some kind of money so i dont want to lose it without recieve anything back
