UKash, where do I get the transaction ID from?

Hi,
I'm writing cause recently I've seen the form to fill in in case of account problems and one of the MANDATORY information is about the most recent two transactions.
For them it's required the payment type and the transaction ID which, according to the form hint, "Should look similar to the following 20090309_220419_020_login ID".
The problem is that when I complete the transaction using UKash on Z8 website I get a transaction ID like 200903092204 and can't find anywhere on UKash website how to get the transaction ID given the card number (like PaySafeCard).
So question is: where do I get the transaction ID in 20090309_220419_020_login ID format from?
