Need HELP! Only 10 fps!

Hey Guys,
I did a break with this game for a half year.
Yesterday i decided to play again.
Because of my new computer (i got it yesterday) I had to download CF again.
My Computer is fast, but i only get 8-12 fps..

i dont know much about computer so here are some computer facts (lol dunno the word):
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
CPU 2.60GHz
1.96 GB RAM




please help me
