i had 30$ credit i chose zong payment for $25 for 18kzp i sent ok to the number they took $25.50 and gave me 11k zp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the hell! i have the messages on my phone and my zp balance is only 11k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why did u do this! my current balance is $4.50 you took all my credit to only give me a portion of my zp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why did u steal my cash hmmmmmm z8?

25 for 18K? when you could buy an ultimate game card for 20$ and get 20k. And they dont mess up.

Just contact the Company.
If you´ve evidence that you bought sth but never got it, you´ll get your money back
or just the zp you wanted.
