No it is not a limited time crate, if it says "Limited Time Only" on the crate image then it is limited time, but this does not say it. Therefore it is a perm crate.

Dont complain, z8 didnt tell u to buy zp, they didnt tell you to open crates, its your choice, and the chances of getting the actual weapon is slim, deal with it.
