and they asked me questions

i should still get my refund

should i send another ticket

I don't see how you bought a 50 weapon coupon that is 30 days long.

Anyways if it is past 48 hours, you cannot get refund.

I dont. He took that risk when he exchanged for the gun in order to try it. Those "i missed the button but i cant miss a headshot from over 100 meters" dont work here

They will account for when you SENT the ticket. Its obviously been more than 48 hours...

Do not abuse the refund system and waste Supports time because you bought a weapon and thought youd try and get a refund for whatever reason.

I always thought they'd refund Dogtags awell, today they told me in a support ticket that they don't >_> I lost all my Dogtags (took me 1 year to get em all) on this weird Remington knife, which i didnt even want to get

I clicked the rx4 storm and cause i was looking at all the guns
i can choose from cause i didn't want Remington since i tried the Remington knife

and i pressed exchange on accident

Sorry you didn't get your refund.

You won't get an answer here besides trolls... pretty evident by the large number of posts I had to delete.

Reply back to them with a new ticket... and just ask... VERY NICELY... for the times that the coupon redeem was done and when the 1st support ticket was submitted.
If you don't get an answer then give it up. You won't be able to get a refund. Go enjoy that Rx4 Storm.
