Clan creation problems

I can't create clan.
when I press "Create" button, it says: "it takes 5000 Game Points to create a clan. You don't have enough Game Points".

I already have those 5 000 GP.

Any suggestions?

im having the exact same problem creating a clan. i have more then enough gp to create a clan but still says i dont have enough

Same here. I'm High rank with plenty of GP it won't let me.
