Mouse Lag(With Cpu specs)

Hey guys everytime i play crossfire on my laptop my mouse lags on my laptop all the mouses my tracpad etc lags i cant fix it only when it doesn't lag is when my laptops plugged into a power source here are my computer specs could you please help me?
