Global risk namecard

Everytime I log in this awful namecard is on. It's also on when my storage says it's off. The only way to get it off is if I turn it on, go back in my storage, and turn it off. But it's still useless because it will still be on when I switch servers/relog. It also overrides any other namecard that I've bought.
