The answer is no. Once an account is banned for using a hack there is no possible way to get back your honorable soldier ribbon.

Damn it, nobody looks on your profile to check if you´ve this ribbon.

Gotta love the ppl saying their account has been "hacked". Now tell me who is that much of a no life to actually "hack" a crossfire account. Why urs, and not some high rank with a ton of guns?
U tried to download a hack or just got scammed by some guy who wanted to give u "free zp". Don't tell me it has been hacked, since there is no way something like that would happen unless u try to download crap or let urself get scammed. Anyways, no way to get the ribbon back. doesn't matter if u hacked or not.
Btw, there are a lot of ppl without the ribbon for many reasons, doesn't mean they hacked.
