Send crossfire error report

im getting the same thing. get send error report and then another window pops up saying it can't find legacyshader.fxo -
My friend had the same issue, but he ran CF by 'patcher_cf' couple times and it worked. I also asked if he could send me that legacyshader.fxo file and I could replace it, it didn't work.
The shader file is there but its some update that makes it seem corrupted therefore no one is able to play any game. Hopefully this will be fixed cuz many people are starting to get it and i think its the people that have low spec computers -

i unninstal game , download laterst version, run game - get error can't load autopatch v5
start patcher_cf.exe - update game
enter game .... and get same error as before :
cannot open shader file-rez\shader\legacyshader.fxo
i using Win 7 x64 on i5 2,4 Ghz, 4Gb Ram, Video Nvidia 256 Mb / 256 bits - until today works very well ....
p.s. I SUPPOSE those 15 daily mission to last event will be impossible to achive if this error will take more then 12 hours to be resolved !!!
It's funny that you mention this because if i recall in the nightfall patch they had a 1000000 kill event and a certain cf error occured where in turn they extended the time. However if they never extended the time the goal wouldn't of been achieved therefore making a certain rumor or belief that this error was done on purpose. This is the same scenario. -

i dont know what to do now... cant even download cf from the site -

Just so this thread gets some more attention.
After you log in, while at the server select screen, the game will give you a "File not found" pop-up, and then proceed to close CF.
I had not modded the game (kill marks, logins, etc.) the day before (I had gotten a new login screen about a week ago, and CF worked fine), and I could login yesterday. -

Yeah, it just happened today... it's no one's fault.
