Account Flagged for Account Trading ?

i just get this account and when i try to change the Security Answer via Ticket
some one replay that its flagged and close it ?

How the hell i will know that ! i wasted to much on this account
up to 300usd ZP via Phone !

Help me PLEASE!

Why when i go to change my email it give me wrong Security Answer
the answer im using is c+p from the new email system !!
