Unable to open crossfire

After i clicked on CF_G4box(or patcher_cf) -> start -> then another box pop up, such as Crossfire Patcher v5. After that ,nothing happen .
I had been restart my Computer , Re-install the game , either download it again ,or plug - unplug the internet ,i still have the same result that nothing pop up
Please help me folks !!!!

Be sure to completely erase the Cross Fire game, turn off the pc and enter in Windows Safe mode with internet connection and install the game with the antivirus turn off

PD: Solved in my other PC

I changed to safe mode , then almost thought that i will able to play ,but i got this

Then i switched back to normal mode ,still have the same result that nothing pop up after Crossfire Patcher v5

on the thing that say (xt****rror) that must suppose to say (x -t -r -a -p -e -r -r -o -r) (-)( not count just the letter)

Hi,

Changing to safe mode has no relationship with the patching. Here is what to do.

1. Stay calm
I got this error before.

2. Launch Cross Fire normally.

3. When that error pops up.
Click on OK

4. Repeat step 4 AND STEP 3

KEEP ON DOING IT UNTIL THE PATCH IN COMPLETE.

I appreciate your help ,but it didn't work at all. The error just pop up when i in safe mode, but in the normal mode it happened just like the first time (nothing pop up).

I have the same problem on my computers (Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 Ultimate). When the game is making updates it gives me an error. I click OK and try again and the update continue until done. After that nothing happends. No new process in Task Manager.
I played crossfire over two years on these computers without problems and i haven't changed the antivirus or firewall settings.
I tryed reinstalling the game, compatibility mode, runn as admin bla bla bla nothing works.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I dont know if reinstall all the computer will work.! but i never done that before .I'm still waiting for a staff come here to solve this problem.
