Quick Scope !!

Is it a normal QS ?
I didn't zoom in or out ..
i was a spectator and was frapsing in that room but the and the Sniper inner cross-hair didn't appear ,And had to slower x8 to take that SS ..
Have any ideas ?

It means that it was a good (fast) QS. If you QS fast enough it will look like a no scope.

Happens with me too, but just when I'm in my form.

It can be, but the chance to get an accurate shot like that with noscope is pretty low.
