Am I the only one who thinks the Silver Prize is better than the Golden one?
you will earn no ribbon with silver price also you are not qualified for the 400% exp+ weekend...
if you have gold you will have also silver and bronze.. so what is better?

It would just be logical if we just got 1 prize. If someone wins the gold medal at the Oympic games he doesn't get the bronze and silver medal handed out aswell. But on the other hand getting all prizes would be better ofc..vMiamiRain wrote: »I agree with dream. I know, I have the same mind-set... It's an olympic-like event so I'm not sure whether you just obtain one prize like in the olympics or if you obtain every prize. -

YES. I'll try to find the quote.
EDIT: The quote:[GM]Saidin wrote: »For every 5 events complete there is a prize awarded to all players! -

The opposite is logical if you read the event page or the announcment.
Bronze prize is given to all players with 6+ hours between July 27th and Bronze Complete Day.
Silver prize is awarded to 9+ hours between July 27 and complete day.
Gold Prize is a ribbon and will be awarded to 12+ hours between July 27th and Aug 12.
So, we win the Bronze prize when 5 events are done (and if we played 6h+)
Then, we win the Silver prize when 10 events are done (and if we played 9h+)
And finally, we win the Gold prize when 15 events are done (and if we played 12h+)
I don't think that after we won the Bronze prize, they'll remove it from our inventories if we win the Silver prize, same for the Gold one. -
I got it already after the first time, no need to get this told by 3 people.Vladadammm wrote: »The opposite is logical if you read the event page or the announcment.

@[GM]Saidin says:
If all 15 events get completed and you have met the hourly requirements at Bronze and Silver and Gold levels then you will have received the following prizes:
M4A1 Bronze 7 Day
Bronze Grenade 7 Day
7 Day Night Vision Helmet
30 Day Olympic Namecard
30 Day Olympic Spray
CF Summer Games Ribbon
Plus for 2 days only in Cross Fire you will be able to take advantage of a 400% EXP and GP weekend and be able to purchase select items from the web mall at 40% off.
It's pretty clear you get it all! -

what about the crates? -
FrozenSyther wrote: »With 400% EXP/GP, I'm pretty sure with 10 full rounded SnD matches you could afford 10 QBZ camo crates since I'm pretty sure there is no GP limit.
1 thing is playing to buy them, another is getting them for free. GP is rather scarce unless you do HM or pay for the game so I don't think I'll be using my GP for crates that I could've/should've gotten for free.
Besides that, I can't play on most weekends so the event doesn't help me much if at all if it so happens to be on a weekend I can't get on..
I know z8 can't revolve around my life but if I had a choice between the ribbon or 10 free crates with the possibility of obtaining a permanent gun, I''d go with the crates, where as the ribbon just collects virtual dust to my collection since I am past 20 and realized that any perma-weapons that are awarded for ribbons will be utter crap. -
The ultimate answer to your question is:[GM]Saidin wrote: »If all 15 events get completed and you have met the hourly requirements at Bronze and Silver and Gold levels then you will have received the following prizes:
