Major fps spikes

Honestly right now i'm about to just uninstall and quit this crappy game. After the Spain update my computer has got a huge fps drop and now getting fps spikes. I used to get 200 fps in 1v1's now i get a good 80-100. And sometimes i get fps spikes. What i mean by that is its like when you get the mouse glitch when you record with bandicam. My screen freezes every 2 seconds and my fps spikes from 100 to 30 the whole game. This is seriously annoying. And its not my computer because i put all my graphics on low, updated my graphics card and restarted my computer alot. I even went on css and still managed to play a full game without fps spiking and maintaining 150 fps in a large game. Any suggestions? Should i reinstall cf? Or should i just plat out uninstall.
