i wanted to buy 10k zp with 10$ UGC and they used the card but i got no nx still
never happened to me before i used UGC many time before and this 1st time to happen
now the card is already redeemed Help me i lost my 10$

Are you sure you added ZP to your account? Some people have puchased ZP on a different account. You can show proof of purchase to the UGC contact support and you may be able to get your ZP. Usually it's instant for me.

i only use 1 account for crossfire and when i didn't get the zp instantly that's why i posted this thread

When I got purchased 50k ZP (From Slinky

) it took about 10-30 seconds for me to get it. But at a different time, I got 20k ZP it was instant. I guess more money takes more time to verify.
