Deagle, it's better in every single aspect.

Anaconda has very little recoil and high accuracy, it also pulls out a little faster.
Damage is about the same but it shoots slower then Deagle and has less ammo per clip.

Comes down to if you want accuracy or fire rate. Both are good options.
