I've asked this many times.. No one has a fix?!

So I've come here for the past few months hoping to find a fix but no one knows how to fix it? This time I have a video.. Please help!

When I try to click on sht it takes me no where. I'm frozen forever! I can move my mouse and such and the only way I can play is by getting into a room by 6 seconds after the game launches.. Now I can't even make a new account because it freezes when I try to press sht.. This is getting on my nerves..

I Have the same problem, and i have a thread Started somewhere else.. It doesnt make any sense.. and the only solution z8 has , is un-install and re-install.. which does... NOTHING. It really is irritating, I guess "free" games aren't the best way to go...

would be nice with a little more info:

Antivirus prog:
Windows version:
And did you try and run the program as admin ??
and answer to why you put !! in the name when it clearly states that those markings aint allowed >.<

Those exclamation mark are not approve for the name. Did you try any names else like : adefdsfsdfdf . It should work .

if u used some invalid characters/symbols, and game can't detect, but it was send to the server, ur connection will be killed after u click check availability.

that's why nothing's showed up. try another IGN,
