Hey yo I need help from everyone. One of my Lieutenant said..that he wants to go to another clan and meanwhile he doesn't want to lose his earned points.

He said that it is possible to not to lose earned points if he become leader and drop out from the clan and transfer to another clan. I am really confusedddddddd..

is there any ways to be transferred to another clan by not losing any points till now?

its not possible, once u leave your clan you lose all your clan points, it cannot be saved if your not in the clan anymore, so one of your lieutenants that want to leave will have to choose between staying and keeping the points or leaving and losing your points
