Support Ticket?

I opened a Support Ticket last week and i havent received any response to it. Where do the support Tickets get responded to? on the forums, to my email?

anyone have a suggestion. also noticed that the tech Support section isnt being responded to either for people searching help, i have 2 friends who cant play this game since the patch and no GM or tech support person in site since the patch launch?
