Crossfire problem-cant go right

so yeah probably all of you know about this problem.. i can go to every other direction but right... (and no, my D key isn't broken)
So... i'm asking you is there any solution to solve this?
I use to put my keyboard language new zeland , and i would just alt-shift it when i enter the game but it doesnt work anymore...
so...any help...please?
