Wont Start

When I open Crossfire off my desktop the window pops up where I have to click start in order to start the game. When I click start nothing happes...the window just goes away and nothing ever comes up. I've tried re-installing it several times but nothing ever happens.
Any solution to this?

    Turn off your anti virus. Some programs think it is a virus coming up but really it's the launcher. If that does not work then I don't know.
