Cant report a hacker

When i chose the file to upload in the support ticket it is a .cfr and when i click submit it says "Please only upload gif, jpg, zip, rar, or txt file, file name should be alphanumeric and has less than 40 characters.(EC:90121). "

Please help

I just renamed the replay (deleted spaces and _'s)

Probably because you are choosing the wrong option. Make sure you choose 'Hacking Report' not Technical Support or Complaints. With Hacking Report you can submit the .cfr file

His replay name is too long, that's why it's not letting him submit it.
