Odd.. How do you know z8 won't do anything for your account? Did you provide info to them on a support ticket with last known password/email, etc.?

I don't think it's fair if this situation is true but if the hacker didn't change any settings, then there's no real way to help you.. Although, the IP address is the only thing that could possibly save your account.

If there's a change in the IP address, between the last time you logged in (before the account was banned) and the times the hacker logged in, then you should get your account back.. HOWEVER, if the IP address is the same, then there's nothing they can do.

You have our sympathy, but that's about as far as it goes.

If it was possible to blindly hack an account then I'm sure someone would have hacked 1 of the many GM accounts with everything unlocked by now.

Or a moderator account. Or an account of some well known forumers around here who have an inventory stock full of guns.


What I am getting at here is that it's actually not possible to hack an account without some sort of catalyst. The catalyst usually is a keylogger downloaded from a hack, a phishing website or scammer in game, an account sale/purchase scam or from giving out your account information to someone else or you received the account from someone else (ie you were not the original creator).

We are continually amazed by the people who lose their accounts to the following scenario:

I gave my account to my brother, and he hacked on it, why can't I play the game any more?

In this particular case the player thought they trusted their brother. But they don't realize their brother downloaded a hack because they thought it would be funny blah blah and next thing you know the account was lost.


Now this example is being harsh on brothers in general, but it is an example, the point here is that you should never give your account information away. If you don't give it away it's impossible for you to lose your account.
