New PC ..

So guys , I'm getting a new PC on Saturday but I still can't decide if I'm going for AMD or Intel ..
and to take in Consider that AMD is much cheaper but some of my CF friends faced problems with the ATI Vid card , Also I don't know much about AMD ,And will be the First time to buy it .
I'll write down inf. about the Intel PC I would get and Hope someone could write something with the same power but from AMD

Processor: Core i5 3.1 GHz 6 MB Cache
VGD Card: Nvidea 1.5 GB , didn't decide the model yet
RAM: 8 GB bus 1333 or 1600 Kingston

any Ideas about AMD ?

Intel is reliable then AMD.
--> AMD live a long time, but Intel is technical better

Will that's good pc but i don't know anything about amd cpu's

Go for 1600 bus. Install windows 7 64bit

Intel > AMD

AMD is good when youre on a budget... AMD are good... but Intel is better

Just take the i7 2600k. Its really dependable.

Theyre actually very good cards.

Why do you need something equal? Why not actually get one

That's Why am going for the i5 , it's not that much expensive and great gaming Processor .

I recommend this : AMD Phenom II X6 1055T BOX
And this : Gainward GeForce GTX 570 1280MB DDR5 Phantom

It's really worth it.You won't get dissapointed.

But what is the diff. between total L2 cache and L3 ? oo'
