Payment ok but no received zp, wtf ?

Hi
I made a payment on the site. I took the offer "" and after confirmation by phone I received an error message from the merchant offering dissant that a mistake has been committed.

It's : ZONG.
The offer is :

- 6941 Z8 POINTS
- BONUS: 694 Z8 BONUS POINTS
- PRICE: EUR 8.00

I have not received my ZP and I was credited to my phone.

How to recover?

Contact the company and tell them that you want them for get those zp, because you have evidence that you bought it (have u?)

Z8Games has nothing to do with your ZP kinda, its all the ZP provider. Contact them that you didn't received it and you will have to show proof.

Unless the merchant with whom I made the transaction has told me to wait to receive my end ZP. And I do not think that waiting will change anything.

I just love that I give you my ZP that's all. I was credited and I have nothing on my account. Usually with other merchants ZP are received immediately upon completion of the purchase validated.
