Anyways i reinstalled crossfire because it wouldnt work and things like that when it worked and wen i go in any room i lagg like hell and i dont have any programs Open or Anything i have a 60 GiG Internet MoDem Please HelP :'(

Do you mean you have internet lag, or a low framerate? Posting your system specs and possibly a test from speedtest.net would be helpful.

Well i didn't Really use that Speedtest Result thing cause it wouldn't work properly But i found it at my Network Places it says Speed:100.0 mphs or something

That would be the speed at which your NIC is operating, not the connection between your computer and our servers, which is what I need. If speedtest.net isn't working, you may want to try speakeasy.net.

Il Just do it this way if its Fine with you: Download Speed: 219 kbps (27.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 50 kbps (6.3 KB/sec transfer rate
219kbps Download Speed
50Kbps Upload Speed

That's running pretty slow. Make sure you don't have anything downloading in the background. It might also help to run a virus scan.
