The point of this thread is being completely ignored. I'm just curious as to what you guys would do because I haven't touched my account in days and I get back to have everything gone. Plus I bought zp a few days before I stopped playing. Why would I waste $40 and then download hacks?
only $40.00? that's nothing count your losses and keep playing. You're mad right now you made a hacker feel accomplished, you lost, gl, and rebuild. You'll blow the steam off. -

Spent 150k zp trying to get m4 patriot. 120k for fr-f2. Around 80-90k wasted trying to win crates. The $40 was just one day. -

Look dude its simple. If your using a family computer then its possible that your brother simply downloaded a key logger and got you banned. Or you shared your info with someone else.
Go to the computer and delete any hacks on it.
Start a new account. And this time be careful. -

Well, how do you think they got it?
If they hacked z8's servers for the info (i doubt this is the case), then yeah z8 is at fault.
If they got it any other way, it's your fault. For sharing info, making an obvious password that you use for other things, etc., etc.
If they didnt hack z8's servers (and im 100% sure they didnt) then it's your fault. Yeah? -

@Insomniac, I get what you're sayin but I haven't gone on my computer recently cause I've been swamped with homework and work. I don't see how it's my fault when I had nothing to do with what happened to my account. -

You most likely wont get your guns back and you will never get that honorable soldier ribbon back.
it is a family computer, why wouldn't you scan it after very use? It takes a minute and you could get a sandwich while at it. Especially if it's a family computer. -

It is not there responsibly to track your account. Not there fault you have told anyone your pass , email , sa , sq , user name etc etc.
here is some tips for next time.
do not log into your z8 account on any other computer.. but yours.. do not have save password on.
do not use the same email for your Facebook , msn or any other things have a separate email for gaming and social networking.
sorry to hear your account has been locked hacked though. -

Okay everyone needs fo calm down for a sec. Seriously there should be no need to call people morons or brain dead. Doesn't progress the thread forward.
So please, provide your opinion in a more "friendlier" manner. Thank you.
OT: mostly want to point out what Delaco said, and also Insomniac.
You can attempt an account recovery, but as for refunds/rollbacks it's more than likely not going to happen.
Account security is the duty of both sides. Z8 promises to hold up their end of security with server security and stability. YOU as the account user have it tougher to not reveal your account details to ANYONE. Aka don't get scammed or involuntarily give out info (usually through keyloggers).
You stated you share a computer. That doesn't fall under Z8's responsibility to safeguard your account. If actions occured on that computer and as a result your account was compromised, again that falls on you not safeguarding it well enough.

Why are you asking me? I have my own computer and I don't need to scan it. You said to never share a computer, but Pink has no choice. Either share a computer or not play at all.
