failed to download patch!

I couldn't load my cf at first cuz the loading bar stop at step 3 for hwg watcher so I reinstalled cf and I can't download patch now

Simple solution. Just keep restarting it and it will eventually start to move. Sooner or later it will finish and you probably won't have to deal with the problem again until possibly the next patch.
