And If I changed my living place ,Will changing my IP address puts me into suspicious ? . And how could I avoid such problem If I travel alot and log in to my account from different places .

It's a myth.
Sure they say it's not allowed and could lead to your account getting banned to scare people from sharing accounts so they make money.
But the truth is people do share accounts and have done for a long time, without getting banned.
It's also impossible to police account sharing since people travel, use internet cafes, change ISP, play at relatives/friends houses and so on. -

So they take in mind that we would change our IP addresses often ? or they just guess it ? oo' -

For example; if the IP address of the account suddenly changes to the IP address of a completely different country within minutes of each log on.
Merely moving out of your mom's basement once in a while will not cause for such a lock. -

What about a IP changer? Is this also not allowed then?
I can have running a IP changer and he changes my IP often.
Does that mean I do account sharing? o_o -

So I could get my account flagged for visiting my uncle in Australia and being online while there? -

This isn't from logging in at your GF's that is for sure.
I bet the account was shared on the web? things outside the ordinary will get you banned for it.
However getting banned for simple sharing between friends, siblings or even changing your location frequently doesn't trigger a ban. -

But in case it does happen, explain your situation to Support.
What about when my friend logs-in while I'm in game and causes me DC ?! does it put me into suspicious ? -
So I could get my account flagged for visiting my uncle in Australia and being online while there?
No. If you haven't played for lets say 14 hours or however long it takes to fly there, and then log on, then it's obvious that you flew there or whatever.
However, if your account is played from an entirely different country 10 seconds after you log off, then obviously it's account sharing. -
[MOD]Frecklez wrote: »Well, if your friend logs in while you are logged in, then that is evidence of account sharing, now isn't it?
doesn't mean he logged-in into my account that he've got my 'FULL' Information . then I should be safe ?
and what about me logging-in from other PC at the same moment it's logged-in on the laptop near me for an example ? :P -

Does that mean I do account sharing? o_oThis is one of the reasons why IP changing software isn't allowed. So I could get my account flagged for visiting my uncle in Australia and being online while there? There is a possibility of that happening, however slim.
Usually they take into account that people travel. So they will compare the time between log-ons. If the time between log-ons in shorter than any plain could carry you from one location to another, then there is proof of account sharing.TheDsDevil wrote: »doesn't mean he logged-in into my account that he've got my 'FULL' Information . then I should be safe ?
and what about me logging-in from other PC at the same moment it's logged-in on the laptop near me for an example ? :PIf he logs into your account, he's logging into your account, period. In other words, you are sharing that account with him.
I don't know about the laptop scenario, but I suggest you don't try it to find out, just in case.
Well, if your friend logs in while you are logged in, then that is evidence of account sharing, now isn't it? -

I'll add something here. Being banned for "account sharing" is a reactive action taken by us. Since it's difficult to fully police account sharing, we take all the evidence into an account for any specific case to issue a ban.
The short answer to your question of how to avoid such a problem is to follow these steps:1) Never give out your account information including, email, security question/answer, login ID, password to anyone. This includes your little brother, or your best friend from highschool or your neighbors or your dog etc.If you never lose your account we will have no reason (based solely on ip information) to suspect it was shared.
2) Never use a hack program or software which may contain keyloggers or other malicious devices
3) Always make sure that the website you are signing in to is www.z8games.com and not some sort of variation of .tk or -free-zp.com or whatever the case may be. -
Can you guys close those kind of sites?[GM]Saidin wrote: »Always make sure that the website you are signing in to is www.z8games.com and not some sort of variation of .tk or -free-zp.com or whatever the case may be.
Because there was someone that was spamming one of those sites earlier..
Should I send you link, or screenshot? -

If you see those kinds of sites don't hesitate to send the links to us via support.
We look at each one and attempt to contact the hosts and report illegal copyrights, phishing etc.
As a side note, you the user, can also report that kind of site too! Just remember to tell those host companies where the real site is and what the fake site is designed to do (phish account information). -
I know quiet a few people that share their accounts and didn't got banned for it. I know an Egyptian guy who did this with his friend in UK.
By the way, am I the only one that things it is unfair that your account got banned for being shared? Some of us put zp in their account and I think that we should be allowed to share our account with other people.
Yes I know that it is against the Terms of Use we signed but just because it says so in there doesn't makes it legit. -

Yes I know that it is against the Terms of Use we signed but just because it says so in there doesn't makes it legit.Actually it makes it perfectly legit. You have any idea how many complaints we get about accounts being stolen? If they were all written on sheets of standard A4 paper, they could fill a hole the size of the Grand Canyon.
If you share your account, you can no longer control what happens to it. You can't control if the person you share it with isn't using hacks, whether his computer is save and free of keyloggers, or if he changes the password on ya because he caught you snogging his girlfriend.
The "no sharing" policy prevents all of these scenarios. And you don't have to like it or even agree with it, but you do have to follow it, for it is for your own good. -

Thnx. I'll take those steps in mind .

Do you know how many steam accounts get hacked? And steam is still trying to get the accounts back. Z8games is not the only company that has to deal with this.[MOD]Frecklez wrote: »If you share your account, you can no longer control what happens to it. Yes but since I payed for the account I should have the right to give it to my friends. I can do this with my steam account too and they will never ban it. Z8games is clearly unfair.
Well yes my friend could abuse this but this is my problem, no one can blame z8games for it.[MOD]Frecklez wrote: »The "no sharing" policy prevents all of these scenarios. And you don't have to like it or even agree with it, but you do have to follow it, for it is for your own good.
I think i am old enough to decide what is good for me or not. This might save my from the scenarios but there are many people I trust and I think I should have the right to share my account with them.
by the way, I don't want to share my account and I never will share it, well I would let a friend use it when he is on my computer but I would never give my pw away. I just want to make clear that I think we should have to right to give our account away. -

This is a legal agreement between you and Z8Games. That should be "legit" enough information for your compliance.
Also, you should know full well that these accounts ARE NOT in your ownership, as stated in the legal section of the Terms of Use:Ownership
For all games, properties, titles, and services operating under Z8Games, including but not limited to and without limitation; user accounts, game/computer code, game items/objects, characters, character names, character profile information, clans/guilds and their names, game replays/recordings, art, game assets, music, visual effects, documentation, story, game sounds, chat room transcripts, or anything else provided by our services and games are owned by Z8Games and/or its respective developers and partners. These Games and Services are protected by Canadian and international laws, and may contain certain licensed materials in which Z8Games's licensors may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.

And paying money doesn't necessarily purchase protection either. -

Well yes my friend could abuse this but this is my problem, no one can blame z8games for it.You didn't pay for your account, for you are allowed to play for free on it. Buying ZP is like donating money to a good cause. It doesn't entitle you to anything, even if we reward your generosity.BadMonkey666 wrote: »I think i am old enough to decide what is good for me or not. Something is not right just because a company or the state said so.
What isn't right? That you can't share an account?
Again, this is just a reactive posture Z8 takes.
If an account is investigated and in the course of that investigation there is proof that the account was changing hands, why can't Z8 protect their own assets? -

How can Steam handle this but z8games not?[MOD]Frecklez wrote: »How is this relevant?
Other companies have to deal with this too, and they can make it too so why can't z8games do this?[MOD]Frecklez wrote: »You didn't pay for your account, for you are allowed to play for free on it. As I said, just because they said so doesn't means that it is the right thing. I know that it is against the rules, we don't have to discuss this, what I want to say is that it is unfair for the gamers.[MOD]Frecklez wrote: »Then you are also old enough to deal with the consequences of your actions, which could result into your account being locked. Well yes I will not blame z8games when my account got banned because I gave away my pw, but I will blame them when they ban it because i shared it. I think I should have the right to share it. I know that it is against the rules and that's why I wont do it but I am just saying that we should have the right.[MOD]Frecklez wrote: »Then why are we having this discussion? Is it wrong to demand more? Well maybe I don't use it but other members will use it. More rights is never bad
But let's just stop this here. I want it but I will not get it because it is against the rules and they are not going to be changed.
