Few questions regarding hacks, tickets, ....

  1. If I see a guy spinning 360 in replays and ingame, is it hack?
  2. How long does it takes to GM's proccess the tickets about hackers?
  3. Is it possible that the guy I reported 6 months ago is still playing, even tho the ticket I send is marked as "Closed"
  4. What happens If GM's tell me to report it again, and I don't have that replay anymore?

Thank you very much.

  • 1. Not always. There are macros for mouses that can make you do it.
    2. From what I know, 2 working days.
    3. Yes, it is possible. If you reported him and he got banned, he may get it for 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days in this order, only then permanent.
    4. GM's won't tell you to report him again if you reported him properly.

I reported one guy 6 months ago, obvious aimbot 360 and HS's every time...
Ticket was procccesed, but he never was banned (i was checking his profile every few days , and his max absence was 2 days)... 6 months, and he's still playing...

Is it becouse he spends many $ on this game or?
    1. There is a specific way they have to spin, usually. Most of the time only the torso will spin not the rest of the body. (Like you'd see if someone jumped and spun around.) But, not all the time is it proof of a hacker.
    2. It depends. There's always a constant backlog of reports since they continuously flood in.
    3. Report tickets are always automatically closed when read. This is to prevent even more added spam. If you want to know if a hacker is still playing, check their profile for the Honorable Soldier Ribbon and their last play date.
    4. Unfortunately you are out of luck in that case. Though there's usually no reason for them to ask you to report again unless you failed to upload the replay properly. (Or didnt add it in the first place.)
  • If I see a guy spinning 360 in replays and ingame, is it hack?

Yea and they do this constantly.

How long does it takes to GM's proccess the tickets about hackers?

Been playing since 09 and I would ask the same question:p

Is it possible that the guy I reported 6 months ago is still playing, even tho the ticket I send is marked as "Closed"

Yea, I have made reports for crouching speed hack, long knifing across entire maps and 100% invisible ghosts that move around standing with the char all messed up.

    All have the ribbon.

What happens If GM's tell me to report it again, and I don't have that replay anymore?

Well I would say the report was sent it's not my problem to report again or at all, you had it you lost it, its your problem.

Depends, I 180 all the time and I usually get headshots. ;)

How long does it takes to GM's proccess the tickets about hackers?
GMs and Mods do not respond to tickets, the support team does, I am not sure about the time, but this is a random guess, 10 AM to 4 PM weekdays, weekends they don't work. EST time zone.

Is it possible that the guy I reported 6 months ago is still playing, even tho the ticket I send is marked as "Closed"
If you want to? Show more proof of another game.

    Then too bad. D:
Get another one if you find him again.

Well I think that's impossible... i don't see him ingame anymore since than... :/

And I'm 100% sure that guy ha-cked, and he didn't even get banned...

I didn't read any other post

    From this response:

    1. There is NO mouse that makes you 360 and get a hs everytime.
    3. Support will NOT ban you for 3/7/30 days. Support is permanent for hacking
  • Did you fill in everything correctly? maybe you said that he hacked in round 7 but he hacked in round 12 and they where to lazy to search it?
  • Hurki wrote: »

No. Support staff won't accept a Youtube video as sufficient proof to justify a ban, with good reason too - it's easy to manipulate. The only files accepted are the replay files with a .cfr extension.

It was TDM Egypt... he hacked whole match...

So they don't do their job well, or I'm wrong!?
  • make sure you report the hack " properly " or you may wind up on supports " Ignore " list
