Getting used to the Axe

LOL starting out I was a knife user, used that for like a month. Then I decided to take the plunge and buy the axe, totally pwned with it on every ghost mode game I played. Then I decided to try a shovel for a month, got totally used to it and it felt all fluid and once again, pwned with it in ghost mode. Now I am back with the axe basically crying because I miss every time I hit lol.

How long has it taken you all to adjust to the different melee weapons? Just wondering.
