Help please, why does this happen?

Hello, every single gun/equipment i use is slightly glitched. Still playable but very annoying, i don't know if it is my graphics card because it happens on black light retribution also. Here are some screenshots of what is happening..

I pretty sure that's not the case as its been like it for a couple weeks, and after a couple re-installs, re-boots, direct x re-install.. I really don't know
