problem accounts, europe

Hi guys I'm new to the European forum, yesterday I tried to get me a new account and start recording went well, but are currently logged in qunado cf gave me an error when I do not remember, I have always loved me crossfire x or I broke the old account and I've also shoppato lot, now I want to do with a new one and start shoppare much as before, not sure how I can do?
