20 Ribbons and no custom!?

Hi. I have got a problem. Yesterday i had got my 20th Robbon. I have got Ribbon "My Ribbons are mado of crystal" too. But no Custom-C at Storage (I can show u screens) and no Custom-C at my profile page. I must wait or this is a bug? If i'll have got Custom thread will be closed. (Ofc if users can close threads)

Not really 2 days, depends really 24/48hrs
I remember I got mine on 1 day

I just got my 20th ribbon (conquistador) but it didnt give me the my ribbons are made of crystal one...does this mean i need to wait 2 more days? 1 for the crystal ribbon and another for the actual gun?

I got the same problem.. i bought spop char for the 20th ribbon this morning, but i didnt get the ribbon.. should i just wait few days?...

The Website Updates every 24hours for ribbons. Wait 24/48hours and (Like said above) contact support if it doesn't show up.
