Username Restrictions

This is what annoys me... I made my account in 2009 when you could have 1/2 character length usernames (I was too stupid to realise this at the time

) but only recently it has become a 3 character MINIMUM. This annoys me because there are some names such as E and N that are AVAILABLE but are impossible to obtain... Any way to change this?

I think the minimum is 3 characters for a new account, but if you buy the name change the minimum is 2.
