I tink the title say everything..

I was playing Crossfire at a lanparty.. after that i got so many problems with it...
I thought i downloaded a keylogger but my antivirus doesnt find anything...
So i reinstaled my Windows7 change my Account detail and Email ... 1 day later i cant login into my account...

Ok i thought maybe he find out my Passwort... i used the account of my brother to send a support ticket to X8games.com with all information of my account. a few ours later he where kicked out of the game... he asked me if i logged in with him account.
I sad No... i dint.
It was luckty that i where almost logged in at Z8games.com so i changed his email and used the Forgot ID/Passwort ***tion...
We see someone hase changed the passwort and the old email.... but how... we never show the Security Question .... We dont fill out this field.. so it cant be changed with the Login pannel...????
Ok we changed everything that we can change and today i see someone hase change the name of MY Crossfire Chaar ....
His name was changed from Tyrus to ix3Siimo.*

I dont know how..

I never written my security Question.. Email Adress ore Passwort an any other portal ore something like that... i never tryed to use any kind of hack.. and my Antivirus (Avast) never find any Virus... And my Firewall (Sygate) would stop sending any information... if you know anything about this firewall you know that you have to alowed everything...

Did you go on any iffy sites? Downloaded anything torrented or anything at all?

If if you logged onto your account at the lan party on the lan party computers then the computer could of had a keystroke logger or a RAT installed on it to record the account info being used Or a guy could have used a USB keylogger on your computer if you brought ur own computer to the lan party. Gotta be careful man

We where 40 Players...

i didnt got a keylogger at my computer thats the problem.... i testet everything...
start crossfire and serch for programms who start with the crossfire.exe .... i blocked my complet computer with the firewall... scaned it withe the antivirus...

Ther was NOTHING... so i dont know how... but he did it..

I got now his email adress and today i go to the police tell them what happend... and hope they can help me...

Is there any way to get my accounts back fast.
I dont want to get banned if some one of them will hack ingame...
Ore is it possible to lock the accounts till i got them back?!

It's possible someone was "shoulder surfing" you where they look over your shoulder as you type in your password.

Anyways, my final recommendation is to submit a support ticket under Account >> Account Administration to get further help on the issue. The forums won't be able to resolve this.
