Technically we didn't take your business.

Surveys and Offers are advertizements on our sites.

Technically we took the business of the ad company who puts those offers on our website for players to fill out their information and potentially get prizes or points for what is being offered from the AD COMPANY.

The poster here said customer service, but they were probably referring to the customer service of the survey provider.


Some surveys have links to the customer support pages, others you have to look for them manually.


We are not affiliated with the survey company for whatever amount they want to give you for zp, or for the delivery of said points. When the survey or offer is completed to the satisfaction of the ad company they send us a transaction note and the points get added to your account. This is why we cannot award points for surveys (completed or otherwise) because they are unconfirmed from the ad company who originally made the offer.
