HGWC errors??? maybe

Ok, so my game was just working perfectly, then it disconnects me from the game. As i try to get back on the HGW pops up and then gets stuck on step 3, which has never happened before. Then, a minute or 2 ater this error message pops up.. Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]... what it means, im not sure all i know is that i was playing perfectly fine just before that.
