Questions about Christmas in July event.

Hello everyone. I am here because I was confused by Christmas in July event.
I had deposited about $50 worth ZP on July 14, 2012, and I paid with PayPal.
BUT, Do u always get 30 crates after each deposit?
I didn't receive any crates sense the beginning of deposit date...
Should I claim the prize on somewhere?
Please help me out guys :0 I know the event had ended already 0_0

I think you should read [GM]Saidin`s announcement again.

Only 3 randoom players get the crates.

It gives you a CHANCE to get them, not just get them
