The problem here is that no matter what we tell you, you will never believe it.

We've mentioned this countless times. Ping problems are not necessarily related to Cross Fire or the servers. There are a million factors that go in to creating a "latency". One day a download could take 2 minutes, the next it could take 3 minutes. This kind of different is not caused by any one specific factor.

The servers were operating at peak efficiency before the patch. The servers are operating at peak efficiency after the patch and nothing contained in the patch affected this fact. There were no server upgrades, no server changes nothing involved with the connection of our servers to the internet.

What has changed is the data route and time that it takes to send data from far away places to us.

There is no license for some countries, therefore they are allowed to connect to our game. However we cannot do anything about the fact that you have a high ping one day and a low ping the next. Your ISP, our ISP, internet traffic, your own data connection type, internet backbones, servers, heck even the weather can affect latency.


The problem is after explaining all this the majority of the public from places who doesn't speak English as a primary language, don't actually believe us and constantly assume that every time their ping changes 10-20-30 points that it must be Z8Games fault, when it is not. It's no one specifics fault unless someone can determine a specific cause. Since no cause has been determined on our end, it is not our issue.

The servers are working fine.
