sensitivity problems

My mouse sensitivity keep changing itself + or - while i m in game
i tired to play in high sen like 90s or low sen like 20
but it just keep ++-- itself

does anyone have the same problem???
I am sure its not my mouse problem or driver problem
since I tried to use 3 different mouses
it still happens
