There is at least one female GM, but as MOD are part of the forum, there isn't many possibilities for a female MOD in that ocean of men (and kids). -

Female moderators? I've never actually given this a thought. It's probably due to the fact that I can only name a handful of active female forumers compared to hundreds of their male counterparts. Regardless, gender is not a factor when when the GM's choose new moderators.

It doesn't really make a difference whether the MOD/GM is male or female, you will have candidates from both genders who will suit the role probably just happens to be all male at the moment because there are probably a lot more guys that play this game in general.

I honestly think the female players would prefer to have some1 of their gender as a Mod in all fairness to help assure their veiws on topics and ideas arent being overlooked,not that it is currently. There's alot more women on this game then most realize. I vote Kat .

Their views and ideas being overlooked?
