Lag/Ping

So yesterday my ping was about 48 -60 tops. It was today too, but now I started it one time and it was over 600. Its like that and it wont go down for nothing. I tried Gamebooster and all that stuff, restarted my internet and PC, also ended not needed processes running. Still very high ping. Any suggestions?



Oh and I live In NA Michigan. If city makes a difference Detroit.
